The Military & Government Counseling Association (MGCA), a division of the American Counseling Association, promotes counseling and education for military and government communities. Evolving from MECA, MGCA supports professionals serving active and retired service members, their families, Department of Defense civilians, and personnel across local, state, and federal agencies.
